Rescue U Plumbing is a state-wide commercial maintenance plumbing company that has been in operation for over a decade. The company was founded with the goal of providing high-quality plumbing services to projects, facility, strata and portfolio managers, catering to their commercial properties and assets. Rescue U Plumbing is the go-to plumbing commercial expert in NSW when it comes to maintenance related issues. 

With years of experience in the plumbing industry, the company has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality plumbing solutions for commercial clients. Despite their expertise and track record, their online presence wasn’t strongly conveying their message, and visitors to their website weren’t sure of what they offered.

The Objective

The client wanted to create a website that would accurately represent the company’s services, while also standing out from the crowd. Their website needed to be user-friendly, visually appealing, and designed to attract the right leads. The client wanted to improve their online presence, integrating social proof to help increase their credibility and appeal to potential clients. 

The Challenges

One of the biggest challenges was defining the company’s target audience. Rescue U plumbing primarily serves B2B clients, and their website needed to reflect that. The website was also lacking clear messaging and content, which made it difficult for potential clients to understand what services the company offered. 

The Solution

The solution was to redesign the website with a clear focus on the target audience. The new website would feature clear messaging and content, along with high quality images and a strong call to action (CTA). The website would also be designed to showcase the company’s pre-qualifications and the high-profile businesses they have worked with, as well as include client testimonials and case studies. 

To begin, the marketing and copywriting team worked on defining the target audience and tailoring the website’s messaging to that audience. The new website was designed with a clean, professional look that conveyed the company’s expertise in commercial plumbing. The website’s CTA was also improved to encourage potential clients to contact the company directly for a quote or consultation.

While RUP was not going to be an SEO client, we integrated basic SEO frameworks into the site anyway as standard practice, to improve the likelihood of potential clients finding the company online through organic search.

Finally, the team added the social proof elements, including client testimonials and case studies. Rescue U Plumbing also had several pre-qualifications that we were able to display on their new website, which would make them stand out to potential commercial businesses.

Final Thoughts/Results

Rescue U Plumbing’s website was successfully redesigned with a clear focus on their target audience and the services they provide. The website also showcased the company’s specialised services and process-driven approach, so there was no mistaking that they were a commercial plumbing company. 

Overall, the client was very pleased with the finished result.
