The Business

Ferrari Constructions has been a trusted name in building for many years. They focus on high-end renovations and extensions, maintaining an excellent reputation on the North Shore in Sydney. They don’t need lots of leads to keep them busy, but still wanted a steady stream of enquiries to be coming in through their website. Having worked with Tradie Web Guys several years ago to build their existing site, it was an easy request to create version 2.0 with improved features and a marketing focus.

The Objective

Ferrari wanted to start investing in lead generation through Search Engine Optimisation to get more leads. The Northern Beaches is a competitive space for builders, so they knew they had to start SEO to keep up and keep working towards that top and improve their search ranking.

It was also important that the new website had a better user experience. While their old website was fine to look at and worked well, the new website would take a user on a journey, showcasing the work and services of Ferrari Constructions. After landing on the website, a viewer can easily navigate to find the information they need, with ample opportunities to get in contact based on their requirements.

The Solution

We made a quick turnaround in delivering a new and improved version of their website. The new changes took it from basic to beautiful, it loads quickly across all devices and has an amazing site health audit score (a factor that helps with SEO ranking).

Part of the SEO strategy for his building company was to improve the content on the pages through SEO copywriting. The existing pages were reviewed, and our team worked hard to optimise the content for local search terms. As the client only wants to work in certain areas, tailoring the copywriting for local SEO was very important.

Once the website upgrade was completed, SEO commenced and the team got to work improving website authority. A few months in, we can see that their ranking for search terms is improving, and they are seeing regular enquiries coming in. The SEO team are managing the Google Business Profile, keeping it active and updated so that the 500+ monthly viewers see the best information from Ferrari Constructions.

The client has also been adding regularly to their project gallery, which is one of the most visited parts of the website. Being such a visual trade, it is hugely beneficial to their lead generation strategy to showcase work they have completed.

Final Thoughts

As the client’s visibility continues to increase in their local market, their investment in an upgraded website will certainly pay off. Having a website where a user doesn’t second guess the navigation or content means viewers are more likely to make contact. We look forward to seeing how local SEO for builders improves their search ranking over time. Watch this space!
